RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown products can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee. Electronic devices such as Electronic Speed Controllers (ESC), Flight Controllers (FC), Power Distribution Boards (PDB), Video Transmission (VTX), and motors that require soldering, and/or modification for installation are not subject to this policy if they have undergone soldering or modification. Refunds will not be issued while a shipment is en-route to a destination from Redux Air, or prior to reception of the package in question. Exchanges on faulty or damaged goods will only be honored once the item in question has been received by Redux Air. Redux Air retains the right to impose up to a 15% processing fee on a case-by-case basis.
New and Unused Product
Redux Air, Inc. offers a (30) day return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (30) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (%15) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by GetFPV (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).
Product not specifically listed, such as; antennas, monitors, hardware, and general accessories are covered by a (30) day manufacture defect warranty. If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store credit will be issued. Redux Air, Inc. holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.
FPV cameras are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from external forces, electrical fire, power surges, water damage, or tampering. Once approved, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
FPV goggles carry a (30) day warranty in the event of a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer warranty does not cover any damage caused by drops, wear, and tear, water damage, electrical damage or damage caused by user alterations. Returns due to “bad fitment” are subject to (%15) restocking fee.
Flight Controllers / ESC / VTX
All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX), power distribution boards (PDB) and similar electronic components are covered under a (14) day Redux Air warranty. These items are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire or water damage. (ReduxAir.com recommends testing all components for shorts before supplying power).
Motors / Servos
Motors and servos sold by Redux Air, Inc. on ReduxAir.com are covered by a (30) day warranty for manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs within (30) days; Redux Air, Inc. will exchange the defective product. If the product is unavailable or has been discontinued, a store credit may be issued. Motors with physical damage, modifications or general abuse will not be eligible to receive a credit and will be disposed of. NOTE** Please check all motor screws for proper length before spinning up.
Ready-to-Fly drones built and sold by Redux Air, Inc. carry a (15) day return policy. In the occurrence of a malfunction, Redux Air, Inc. will repair or replace it with the original or similar model. If a replacement model is not available a store credit may be issued instead. Redux Air, Inc. holds the right to refuse any return witch show signs of; modification, fire/water damage, electrical short or general misuse. Redux Air, Inc. recommends inspecting all RTF’s thoroughly before supplying battery power.
All DJI products are covered under a (14) day return policy for unopened items. If the unwanted products have been used or opened Redux Air, Inc. will not be able to accept the return. ** DJI requests that all warranty/defective claims be handled directly between the DJI and the Consumer.http://www.dji.com/service/policy
Batteries produced and sold by Redux Air carry a (15) day warranty covering dead on arrival (DOA) and manufacture defects. Excludes all batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage or water damage. All battery returns must be approved by Redux Air via the emailed image of the defective battery to email@example.com, Upon approval please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner and the exchange or credit will be issued.
Redux Air proudly backs all Taranis radios with a (1) year parts and labor warranty! As a premium dealer there is no need to worry about repairing your radio if something goes wrong, request an RMA with Redux Air and we can get the return and repair process started for you. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by user error or misuse. Please allow us a sufficient amount of time to complete the repair to assure the highest job quality.

Once accepted please ship the package back to Redux Air via economy shipping. Redux Air will refund you for the economy shipping once the item is received, Redux Air WILL NOT refund expedited shipping. (overnight, Two-day)
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
An exchange or credit will be issued to the customer once approved by a Redux Air representative.
*All Returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Redux Air.
Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Support immediately at (937) 388-5999.Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by ReduxAir.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
Free Ground Shipping Over $400 - Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states (No Hawaii/Alaska/PR/VI)
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided - Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
Shipping times do not include the day the order ships. Orders only ship on business days (M-F). Orders placed before 3 PM EST and verified will ship same business day; after 3 PM EST will ship the next business day. "2-Day" and "Standard Overnight" options refer to business days (Monday-Friday). This does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond ReduxAir.com's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. ReduxAir.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. ReduxAir.com reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
